EPISODE TRANSCRIPT

[00:00:00] Regan Robertson: Doctor, do you know what season your business is in right now? And maybe even more importantly, what season you are in as a leader? You know, do we ever really stop and think about that? I know for me, I am often a go go go person, which can feel counterintuitive as Chief Communications Officer at Productive Dentist Academy. We teach dentists to work smarter, not harder, and part of that is really reflecting and thinking about the end in mind and the day to day. Really often gets in the way of things, especially during the holidays. You know, you think you’re supposed to relax and soak up time with family, but really it gets down to how’s the Turkey doing? Have I got the prime ribs that, uh, is my family, all the airlines all coordinated for who’s coming in or where we’re going. And it just can feel like you’re still rushing through the end of the year anyway, uh, which is why. I have a really exciting sneak peek interview where in this series, I have asked, uh, our partners and experts in the dental space to provide you with tips and ways to better function throughout this time, but also looking ahead at the PDA conference. In 2025 and what you can expect when you intend. So today we are joined by Matt Mulcock, one of my favorite humans on the planet. He is the CEO of Dentist Advisors and also a certified financial planner. Uh, I feel like he’s grown up with me in dentistry. Uh, he’s dedicated his career to helping professionals like you achieve financial freedom. And I want to underscore that because that’s a big deal. If you ask yourself right now, where are you at with your own financial freedom? Do you know that number? Could you retire today? Most people say no. Uh, so, you know, Matt, I know you have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that Dennis in particular face and, uh, you know, with your expertise in wealth management, I, I really think of you as a trusted advisor for, for us and so, um, I’d love to explore how dentist advisors and Productive Dentist Academy have worked together for years and felt very aligned so that we can solve some of the biggest problems that dentists are encountering today. Uh, welcome Matt.

[00:02:07] Matt Mulcock: Yeah. Thanks Reagan. Uh, first of all, what an intro amazing and feeling is mutual. I think you and Christine and the PDA crew was one of the first partners I met seven years ago and joining, uh, dentist advisors. As a young little puppy and, uh, in the dental space and, uh, yeah, we’ve, I really do feel like I’ve grown up with you in this, in this journey of, of dentistry. So it’s, it’s great to be here. Yeah, you know, we’ve seen, uh, together, you know, dentists experiencing strong clinical success and, and part of that learning curve was understanding the importance that, that dentists place on, on being, you know, clinical masters. And then, um, what breaks my heart often is seeing the business side really, really struggle.

[00:02:50] Regan Robertson: And I’m wondering from your unique perspective, what do you think, uh, is one of the biggest maybe misconceptions that dentists have when it comes to managing both of those sides effectively?  And including themself in that equation.

[00:03:03] Matt Mulcock: Yeah, yeah, it’s a great question. I think the biggest misconception is dentists not realizing they’re the CEO of a business. Uh, they, I think, oftentimes, whether they admit it or not, they take the approach, their mindset is that they are just a high pay, like, they basically purchase themselves a job, a high paying job, and they Focus, and it’s not their fault, to your point, they focus so much in school and the clinician, being a clinician, we’ve coined the term that years ago, Reese Harper, shout out to our founder and the genius behind Dentist Advisors, uh, he coined the term entreprofessional, uh, dentists are truly, yeah, he’s trademarked it, we, we’ve used this term a lot, but Dentists fail to realize that they are kind of the last frontier of this non professional.  MDs are no longer really there. And what we mean by that is you are two parts, equal parts, clinician, professional, and entrepreneur. And I think the misconception is dentists don’t totally grasp what that entrepreneurial business CEO side is. And it’s never been more critical in this stage of dentistry to be focused on the business side of dentistry and truly building a business and not just the days of hanging a shingle and have a good hand speed and thinking you’re just going to bring people in. Those days are pretty much over.

[00:04:24] Regan Robertson: Tell me why you think that is.

[00:04:27] Matt Mulcock: Well, I think the biggest thing is, here’s a misconception speaking of this, and to answer this question, I think a big misconception is that Dentistry is no longer a viable career for an individual dentist, uh, because of DSOs, because of private equity. Um, I look at the fact that private equity entering dentistry, I look at that as a positive, all of the quote unquote, what wall street will call smart money, which is what private equity professional money managers are. Um, meaning that this is what they do for their job. The fact that they are flooding into dentistry, that’s a good sign. That means the viability of dentistry. The business of dentistry, they see it, but the problem is dentists need to see it as well. And so when I say it’s never been more critical to understand that and to focus on your business as an entrepreneur, as a CEO, it is still very much a viable career. It’s maybe never been better to be a dentist. But you’ve got to change your mindset from the old school mindset of like, let’s just hang a shingle and run this thing. Like it takes a lot more, you’ve got to be a business owner.

[00:05:34] Regan Robertson: But I’m tracking really well with you on this and you’re, you’re shifting my paradigm. I like that you went into the mindset portion of it, particularly because it is, it is, there’s a huge gap in there between the consolidation of the market, private equity coming in and, and the old way of doing business shifting into the new way. And what do you think from your, from your perspective are the top kind of maybe operational business struggles, uh, or financial struggles that are, that are keeping Dennis up at night that, you know, that are really, um. Things that just aren’t really fair, uh, and, and a lot of times it’s, you know, because they just don’t know the solutions that are out there, but what things do you, do you see? What do people come to you for?

[00:06:11] Matt Mulcock: Yeah, I’m going to give you the most boring answer ever. Um, but it’s lack of organization. That’s first and foremost, the foundation of any business or personal finance, right? If you’re talking personal finance or business finance, you, you have to know your numbers. Um, and, and you, you don’t even know what we’re issue, what issues to look at until you’ve understood. Your numbers. And what I’m saying is the most powerful document you have as a dentist and the business owner is your P and L.

[00:06:40] Regan Robertson: Oh, yes.

[00:06:40] Matt Mulcock: Um, look at your P and L you’ve got to understand what that looks like. And if you don’t have a good chart of accounts, you don’t have a good P and L that’s organized, it’s intuitive that you can actually extract data from. Then you’re, you’re, you’re shooting in the dark. You don’t even know you’re trying to build. You’re trying to set goals with something that you don’t even have the data. You don’t even know where to look. And so that’s first and foremost is you have to understand your numbers to even know for your unique situation where you’re struggling. Do you have a supply issue? Do you have a, do you have an overall expense problem? Do you have a staff issue? Do you have a case acceptance issue? Do you have a top line, just revenue issue? Do you have a market? You don’t even know these things until you get organized and know your numbers. And most dentists don’t do this.

[00:07:26] Regan Robertson: Oh, I say mundane is sexy. And, and really what I’m saying in that is, you know, what I’ve said for years is there are two sides to any equation that are going to. Help you take action. So if you don’t have one of these two things, taking action is extremely difficult to do and definitely not in a formed way. And one is data and the other is emotion. So that’s the underlying, you know, driver and why people want to do what they do. what they do. Um, but without the data element, you are, like you just said, you are driving in the dark. You do not know where to go. Um, and, uh, you know, I, I just thought, I [00:08:00] just thought about dental intel and the different types of dashboards that you have. And I think about my own personal life. I am smiling on screen right now. Because I, when I started to figure out that you need to, you need to treat almost even your home life like a business and have a dashboard in place. So you can look at the numbers and see, um, your inefficiencies or, you know, what your long term plan is. The fear goes away. The uncertainty goes away and finding support partners that you trust is. Absolutely critical. For me, at least, it’s been really critical. Who can you trust to give you, uh, where to look? Like, so you’ve got a P& L. How is it organized? Who is helping you read through that P& L and, and understand? And what I love about dentist advisors and PDA is, is I feel like there’s that great communication. Absolutely. Absolutely. Synergy between us because we can tackle all these elements around, um, you know, the team dynamics of it and diving into some of the day to day operational stuff from, from you, from your perspective, what, where do you see the greatest synergy between our two companies that help solve some of these problems and create that transformation for a leader?

[00:09:06] Matt Mulcock: Yeah, I love that. Really quick. I want to hit one thing you said, um, a saying I heard a long time ago. Don’t know the original person who said this. Certainly not me. I steal everything I say, uh, but where people where you think you lack motivation, you really lack clarity. And I think that’s where, like, get clear on where you’re at. And all of a sudden you’ll feel like, oh, it’s so much easier. To be disciplined so much easier to start moving in the right direction. So stop focusing on motivation, start focusing on clarity and you’ll, you’ll change the whole game for yourself. Um, where to your question around where we, I mean, we have had such an incredible partnership with you guys. Number one, just the way we approach dentistry, in my opinion, at the end client, both of our companies, um, I can say with confidence has a sole focus on. Dennis, like the end client, right? Focused on our individual clients and the general community as a whole. Um, our mission, our, our whole purpose as a business is to connect, educate, and empower and build this community of Dennis and, and helping them with, um, with connecting to people like with like you guys, and I think vice versa. Right. But specifically where I think we really find synergies is in this mindset we’re talking about is everything starts with the business. Everything starts at the business level. And we love PDA because we’re not consultants. We don’t claim to be, we know, and we’ve been working in dentistry for over, you know, easily over 10 years. So we understand the business of dentistry, but we’re not going to come in and fix your team dynamics or fix your, your operations and things. We’ll help you identify those problems. And then we’ll say, Hey, you got to go talk to PDA. They’re going to be the actual implementers. And I think vice versa for you guys, once the business has been fixed and optimized and then the dentist is saying, okay, well, now what I think that’s where we come in on the rest of your life stuff, the rest of the money stuff. So there’s just so much synergy around how we, how we view the business and the role that you guys play in the business versus us. Outside of the business.

[00:11:12] Regan Robertson: What I, what I find really attractive too and I think, I think you lower that, um, any sort of apprehension, not that dentists are necessarily apprehensive about planning for, for their own financial freedom, but I love the tools that you’ve introduced over the years. I remember the very first time, um, I met Dennis advisors, I did a little paper exercise and it was like my network worth, what was your net worth and that changed that one small individual exercise really transformed the trajectory of my life and helped me. I think there maybe is a little bit of a stigma too in thinking about the end, thinking about that. There’s so much identity tied up in, in being a doctor or whatever it is that you do. And, um, and so to think about the end can, can be daunting, but I feel like it’s a mission actually that just pulls you forward and can help you set your course and the universe sort of helps you align with that, but. But, but it happens when you find the right support, you know? So if, if, um, so for you listening right now, we talked about seasons, uh, listener and what season you’re in and what season your business is in and then where you’re at as a leader, Matt, as a, as a seasoned CEO, uh, and someone who has worked with lots of practices, what are some of the different types of, of seasons and where do you see people kind of getting hung up where support could be really helpful?

[00:12:31] Matt Mulcock: Oh, man. Yeah. I mean, we we talked about this before we went on, right? Just if you talk about the business itself, um, there’s I’ll just use our business as an example. There is a season, let’s say, for what is required as a leader and as a team. Um, when you’re doing, let’s say a startup, which is what Dennis advisor was years ago, just kind of getting, trying to like grow this thing and find that stability. So I’d say there’s a season of any dental practice of that early stage. You’re just trying to figure out who you are as a leader. You’re trying to figure out what you are, who you are as a practice, what procedures you want to do. Are you going to niche down? Are you going to do bread and butter? Are you going to like, what, what do you even, what do you even want to do? Who’s your end patient or end client? Um, there’s that season. There’s the stability season. Uh, there’s the, I’m getting ready to exit season and then there’s a billion seasons in between. There’s micro seasons in between those things where all of a sudden you’re hitting just like this winter of like, Man, I’m so overwhelmed, I don’t know what’s happening. Yeah. And so, I think being aware of that, being aware of where you are. In that season, using people, using partners like PDA, using people in your life as a sounding board, um, you’re, you’re going to need a team around you, um, and, and realize what role you as a leader, as the dentist, like where you, like what season you’re in and what is required, uh, in that season. So, for example, is it chair side or is it business management? Understand where you play, like, where are you best suited, uh, to be for, for your business and to get to where you want to go. I love what you said at the beginning of like, have that end in mind, right? That’s Stephen Covey. Have that end in mind as best you can, knowing you’re kind of guessing and then just take it a step at a time.

[00:14:23] Regan Robertson: Do you, I feel in my own personal experience, you can’t shortcut the seasons, and I feel like a lot of entrepreneurs try to shortcut or maybe not give proper value to the season that, that they are in, uh, if I am, so starting from, you know, that early season of practice ownership, not associate, but maybe into practice ownership, where, where does dentist advisors Come in and do you support people regardless of their season, or do you have a season that you particularly like to, you know, you think it’s really appropriate for them to, um, use a company like Dennis advisors?

[00:14:55] Matt Mulcock: Yeah, that’s a great question. Um, and to your point, I think one of the biggest mistakes people make is [00:15:00] try to rush the process. It’s them saying, I want this thing, but I want it faster. And that’s where you make a lot of mistakes. So we meet Dennis where they’re at. That’s our goal. And we’re constantly trying to revamp and how we approach this. We certainly are not going to be everything to everyone. So again, we’re not consultants. We don’t claim to be, um, but we really can meet dentists wherever they’re, whatever season they’re in. Uh, and, and we do this. So they don’t

[00:15:25] Regan Robertson: have like acquired wealth. No, they don’t. And they don’t have millions in the bank already. They, they don’t. They, maybe they have debt that they’re trying to service, obviously

[00:15:33] Matt Mulcock: that’s,

[00:15:34] Regan Robertson: it’s still an appropriate time to start planning.

[00:15:37] Matt Mulcock: Absolutely. Yes. The best time to plan was yesterday. The next best time would be today. So, uh, there, there’s no situation that you could come to us with. Now we might say we’ve done this many, many times. We talked to hundreds of dentists every year outside of our client base who come to us and say, Hey, how do I work with you? Or what can I, you know, can you help me? And we all the time will tell people, Hey, it’s not the right time, [00:16:00] meaning it might, here’s a great example. It might be like, Hey, your practice is an absolute mess. You’ve got to go figure that out first because I don’t want you to bite. I don’t want you to have to eat the whole elephant at once. And we’re just going to add more complexity to you. So Hey, let’s get you in touch with a PDA. Let’s go get this stuff figured out. We’ll be connected with you along the way and then come back. In a lot of cases, it’s not that egregious. It’s, we’ll meet you at the associate level, just coming out of school, just starting your first, you know, associateship. All the way to I’m acquiring a practice to, Hey, I’m, I’m deep into practice ownership and I need help or, Hey, I’m exiting dentistry. We work across the board with, and we try to meet dentists exactly where they’re at. We’ve actually just, um, revamped and we’re continuing to do this, um, kind of a coaching type program. I know this is kind of, again, talking synergies with what you guys are doing and revamping your stuff. Um, we have a coaching program that’s really [00:17:00] approachable, really, really easy. Um, and, and, and really a no commitment way for dentists to, to step in and be like, I just need some support. Uh, we have that all the way up to full, like private wealth management, if you will, more custom type approach. So really anything across the board.

[00:17:16] Regan Robertson: So one of my favorite things about Dentist Advisors, and I think I’ve hit your characteristics. You said connect, uh, educate and empower. Was that right? Yeah. You sound very story branded, by the way. So just so maybe

[00:17:28] Matt Mulcock: we have a little help with

[00:17:29] Regan Robertson: that. Yeah. I wonder that that is very story branded. It’s very memorable to me. And, and right off the bat, when I heard connect and educate in particular, I was, I was thinking that is so Dennis advisors. It’s so PDA, you do a phenomenal job. At I think public education for nothing, for no money, you, um, have an exhaustive library of, um, podcast episodes of webinars. Uh, there are just so many different types of resources. Are they still all listed on like dentistadvisors.com? Can people

[00:18:00] Matt Mulcock: everything’s on there? Everything’s on there for free dentistadvisors.com. You click on the education library. We just, um, we’re like episode 600 of our episode over 2 million downloads on our podcast.

[00:18:12] Regan Robertson: We’re

[00:18:15] Matt Mulcock: like 2. 2 million now, which is amazing. Um, we’re doing a webinar twice a month. We’re doing one with PDA tonight, actually.

[00:18:23] Regan Robertson: That’s right.

[00:18:24] Matt Mulcock: Yeah. And with Victoria Peterson. So we’re, we, we fully believe when I first came to Dennis advisor seven years ago, I sat and talked to Reese when I was deciding what to do with my career. And he said something to me, I’ll never forgotten. And he said, Hey, Matt, we sell with education. So everything we do is education focused, and we have truly embodied this approach of saying. Whether you hire us or not, we want to add value to the dental space. We are very passionate about that because there’s so much shadiness in our industry and a financial advising space. And we just kind of feel like it’s going to take care of itself. We’re going to find the right people that are going to connect with our message. And they’ll come to us when they’re ready. And if they don’t, we hope we’ve added value along the way.

[00:19:07] Regan Robertson: That is so Dr. Bruce Baird, uh, on the back of, uh, Bruce, our co founders book, he, I think it’s on the back or at least on his website, he, he says, you know, um, become the best at what you do and then share your knowledge with others. That’s how PDA was founded. And. It is this generosity of giving it away and, and the abundant mindset of knowing that it’s going to come back to you and serve you that’s so powerful. And it does, it does it, like I said, with the universe, it tends to align itself in that way. And I think you do a phenomenal job at constantly sharing out so that no matter what season you’re at or what stage you’re at and understanding, you can access a lot of that information and advice you know, um, of your own free will without paying anything. Okay, before we go, I got two last questions for you. Give me an authority statement, Matt, because I obviously am a huge fan of dentist advisors. Uh, if you’re listening, you, you might have no idea who Matt is or, uh, and you don’t know anything about my word.

[00:20:01] Regan Robertson: What are, what, what is something that you could share, uh, about dentist advisors so that we can understand your, your reach and, um, the, the successes that you’ve had with your clients.

[00:20:11] Matt Mulcock: Oh, man, you’re going to have me brag about ourselves, I guess. Um, so I guess one thing I’ll say to what came to mind. I don’t know if this is what you’re going for but, uh, we specialized in dentistry over 10 years ago. I think about 15 years ago. Um, the very first client that hired us is still with us. Uh, we work, so we work with. So close to 700 dentists now all over the country.

[00:20:39] Regan Robertson: Is that Dr. Anthony Baird?

[00:20:41] Matt Mulcock: No, but he is one of our originals. Dr. Nate Stevenson, I hope I can use his name. He, well, I can’t because he spoke at our summit. He was at our summit, so he’s, he’s fine being public. Uh, he was the very first dentist that Reese met with. He’s been with us ever since. Um, and I bring that up just to say, you know, the proof to us is kind of, kind of there in the pudding of, of You know, we don’t believe in contracts. We don’t, we don’t lock anybody in anything. We just, our approach has always been, we add value, people stick with us. Um, that doesn’t mean that every single person that’s hired us is with us today. To today. But I think it does mean a lot that the very first dentist, when we decided to take this direct, go this direction and really get passionate and obsessed really with dentistry is still with us. Um, that to me is, is speaks more volumes to the value we add and the passion we have for dentistry. And I think that anything

[00:21:31] Regan Robertson: I know you have, uh, I, I think it’s probably sold out or almost sold out already, uh, a dentist money summit in June, uh, 2025 and we’ll be there. So we’re really excited to be there and, and to support dentist advisors. And you’re going to be at our PDA conference, March 13th through the 15th in Frisco, Texas. Yeah. Uh, A last question. What are you excited about and what, uh, what do you want, how are you going to educate the attendees there?

[00:21:59] Matt Mulcock: Man, I mean, I’m excited about a lot of things. I love my work. I love working in dentistry. Um, I’ve found such a purpose in my work over the years. I just, I love this. Um, what I’m going to share and what I’ve become really passionate about, and, or I should say I found purpose in is this idea. And I’ll talk a lot about this, this idea and the distinction to make. between financial freedom and financial peace or, you know, financial harmony, whatever word you want to use. That’s financial freedom is a thing. And what most dentists come to us or engage an advisor about in general is when can I retire? We’ll talk a lot about that. And I think that’s really critical, but you hit it right. And I think it can be daunting to be thinking as you’re a 35 year old or 40 or 45 year old dentist of thinking of that financial freedom. And I think if you become too focused on that. There’s a lot of things that can happen that are negative, meaning it takes you out of the moment. Um, it puts you in a position to say, I’ll be happy when, I think it can lead to some [00:23:00] mistakes trying to rush the process. So I think just putting some proper perspective on, okay, financial freedom is this, and to your point, we, we try to make this a very approachable number, very approachable way to calculate that, really easy to understand. And then prior to that is, okay, great, we know what that is, we’re working towards that. Well, what about the rest? What about the question? Am I using my money in a way that improves my life today? Am I finding peace with my money? Am I aligning my values of my money? Am I taking that freaking vacation that I should go enjoy my life because tomorrow is not promised that financial freedom is you can do everything possible. And then you could have something hit you in the face that you never even counted on. Um, that completely changes your trajectory in life. So, I wanna, I, I, I guess, again, to sum this up to your question, like, what am I excited about? It’s helping people find this balance. Of living for today while planning for tomorrow, like doing it the right, that’s what financial planning is, is finding that balance.[00:24:00]

[00:24:00] Regan Robertson: Why does that matter to you? What’s, you said you’re very, you know, you love what you do and it’s, and you feel like you have purpose. So why does this matter to you personally?

[00:24:09] Matt Mulcock: You’re going to get me emotional. So my mom was diagnosed with cancer about, let’s see, about seven years ago. Now she passed away three years ago and it changed everything for me. It took this to a new level, um, of how I help people with this and how passionate and how much purpose I have with this, because she was, she and my dad were easily financially independent and had been for years. And, uh, they achieved that and, and they were living their best life traveling and whatnot, and it was taken away from her. She was too young. And so I try to share that, um, and I’m just at a place and clearly can’t even do it very well where I can actually talk about it and share that with people to say tomorrow is not promised and you have to, again, not get too obsessed with that, that end. Have it in mind for sure, but have proper perspective of saying, what am I doing today to enjoy the moments? Because they may disappear before you know it.

[00:25:13] Regan Robertson: Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable about it because that, you know, losing, I always feel like at the end of the day, it comes down to your family and your loved ones and how you spend your time. And we know that none of it is guaranteed. We know it can be taken from us at any time. And it really, really hurts to know that someone’s worked their whole life and they can’t. They can’t enjoy it. They don’t get to appreciate that time. Um, what, what I’m driven to, so I’ll share my, I’ll share my personal mission too.

[00:25:39] Matt Mulcock: Yeah.

[00:25:39] Regan Robertson: Well, first and foremost to your testament, I think this underlines what drives, um, PDA and Dennis Advisors, uh, their synergy together, but why we pick the partners that we pick. There’s the compassion element of it and to have a CEO that’s driven and motivated from a compassionate heart. It just made so much difference in the long run for the clients for, for the business entity itself. It’s something not, you just don’t, you’re not clocking in and you’re not, you’re not appeasing shareholders. You’re doing something from a deeper level. And for me, what I’ve always, what I’ve always said, and it continues to be my mission, however, I become more and more passionate about it every year is I don’t think it’s fair that doctors have to go to school to become clinically proficient. They’re not even, you know, they get the basics. And then they have to go and take, you know, many, many advanced courses, make more investments. Then they have to become business owners and expect to be experts in that. It feels isolating. You feel alone. And then on top of that, if that’s not bad enough, now we have an insurance system that’s set up to make things more difficult, or at least in my own personal, not PDA affiliated necessarily opinion, but it feels like the game is so stacked against, uh, independent business owners that way and it hurts and I think that the people who suffer at the end are, it’s multifaceted. The patient doesn’t get the best care that they deserve. And sometimes that means life saving care. And then, and then we are hurting the very people who are trying to be servant leaders and help make the world a better place by getting patients healthy. And so it gets me up. Every single morning. And I think if we can reach one doctor, show them that there’s support around so that their life can be easier and they don’t have to stay up till midnight, trying to tackle both sides of the fence. Um, you know, we win because at the, when all of that is done, you get to have more time with your loved ones, which is never a guarantee.

[00:27:24] Matt Mulcock: Yeah. Reagan. I love that. I’m so glad you shared that. And, and to that point, I think to add to that, I think dentists are also made to believe. By the ecosystem that has been built, that there’s only two options that they’re meaning there’s only when it comes to exiting, meaning your only options you have are sell privately or sell to a DSO, but there’s a middle road here, which is, and shout out, can I give a shout out to Dr. Michelle Jorgensen? She’s, she’s incredible. Um, she’s, I just did an interview with her. She’ll be on our show coming out 1st of January. She spoke at our summit. She’s incredible. But she talks a lot about this. There’s a middle road here. of focus on building your business. You be the CEO, you take the entrepreneur mindset, um, and, and you go build this thing. That’s the middle road that I don’t think a lot of dentists are fully grasping.

[00:28:14] Regan Robertson: I don’t think so either. I think that is a great topic. Okay. What is her Dr. Michelle, Dr. Michelle

[00:28:19] Matt Mulcock: Jorgensen. She spoke at our summit, uh, last year. She’s, she’s actually a client of ours. And she’s incredible. She’s so great. She has a book coming out in May. Um, uh, she’s done, she’s doing a ton of things in dentistry. Uh, she’s, she’s amazing. And she talks a lot about this exact thing.

[00:28:36] Regan Robertson: Wow. Well, it, it, I know our, our, if you’re listening, register, register for the PDA conference, go to dentistadvisors. com. Um, support is available to you and, and thank you, Matt, for giving, so giving of your time and your knowledge. Uh, you know, I highly encourage everyone to hop over and start getting those free resources and I look forward to seeing you in Texas.

[00:28:55] Matt Mulcock: You too. Can’t wait. I think this is number, I don’t even know how many, eight in a row for me, I [00:29:00] think.

[00:29:00] Regan Robertson: I don’t, I don’t know. It’s a lot and I’m going to try to bring recording equipment this time and actually, I’m you because the past few I haven’t and it has burned me. I’m like, I didn’t even get to say hi. You are Ryan. So, uh, I’m Carmen. We’ll be

[00:29:13] Matt Mulcock: there. We’ll see you there.

[00:29:15] Regan Robertson: Well, thank you, Matt. We’ll see you soon.

[00:29:17] Matt Mulcock: Thanks, Regan.

Accessibility On Our Website

We are committed to continuously improving access to our goods and services by individuals with disabilities. If you are unable to use any aspect of this website because of a disability, please call (800) 757-6077 and we will provide you with prompt personalized assistance.

If you have trouble seeing web pages, the US Social Security Administration offers these tips for optimizing your computer and browser to improve your online experience.

If you are looking for mouse and keyboard alternatives, speech recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking may help you navigate web pages and online services. This software allows the user to move focus around a web page or application screen through voice controls.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, there are several accessibility features available to you.

Closed Captioning
Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Most of our website’s video content includes automated captions. Learn how to turn captioning on and off in YouTube.

Volume Controls
Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume control features. Each video and audio service has its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.
