The PPO trap is something I’ve watched develop over the past 20 years in dentistry. At their heart, they are basically a marketing company; they’re bringing you patients and you’re paying them. For some dentists, having a PPO as part of your business plan makes sense. But for other dentists, it takes a huge part of your hard-earned overhead. So today, I want to talk about your career, mindset, marketing budget, and more in relation to PPOs.
